Add to this Mauricio Salaverria’s passion for quality picking and processing and you get this incredible honey pacamara. Zesty orange and fresh floral aromas are rounded out by notes of nougat and pistachio – with the pronounced sweetness and rich texture that defines a great honey.
Mauricio is a fifth-generation coffee grower, but he made the switch to specialty around 14 years ago. Since then he has won Cup of Excellence a massive 10 times. He has spent years experimenting with both honey and natural processed coffees, but his patience and hand-crafted approach is what has made him an expert.
