MARKETING SUPPORT (m|f|d)

We are looking for a Marketing Support team member who wants to help shape campaigns, create content, manage customer communication, and gain a deep understanding of a growing specialty coffee business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support our marketing team across a wide range of areas, including: Designing flyers, print materials, and in-store assets. Creating simple photo and video content using an iPhone (cafés, coffee, team, customers). Supporting marketing planning and campaign execution (online & offline). Developing and implementing new promotional ideas and specials. Writing newsletters in both English and German. Updating and improving CRM email flows. Helping build and activate our loyalty program. Supporting our coffee subscription business (landing pages, exclusives, special offers) Checking the website for errors, functionality, and up-to-date content. Translating English pages and texts into German. In short: marketing in all its facets.

YOUR PROFILE

A hands-on, structured, and creative mindset. Motivation to learn quickly and take ownership. Fluent German and English (required). A strong sense for brand communication, content, and design. Experience with Canva, Adobe, or newsletter tools is a plus. Interest in specialty coffee is great, but not mandatory. Availability: around 4–5 hours per day, mornings. Students are very welcome.
