Expect soft notes of cantaloupe and apricot, with the sweetness of honey. Alongside, we fid the freshness of red grape and cherry. The honey processing helps bring a silky smooth texture with superb balance, well-suited to both espresso and filter.

El Salitre zum ersten Mal

Habe El Salitre zum ersten Mal gekauft und als V60 gebrüht. Klare, süße Noten, die Tasse bleibt sauber und weich – ideal als leichter Morgenkaffee. Kleiner Minuspunkt und deshalb 4 Sterne: etwas zickig beim Mahlgrad und Flow. Insgesamt bisher sehr gelungen, Empfehlung für Pour-Over.
