Great coffee but UPS are terrible

The coffee is always great, but every single month UPS mess up in some way. This month they said a delivery date so I waited in, it was listed as out for delivery until 9pm then just vanished off the system and went back to on its way. It was delivered three days later.

The month before they took over two and a half weeks to deliver. I’m on the verge of dropping my subscription again. I’d really miss the coffee but the shipping isn’t cheap so ups should be doing better than a week and a half to nearly three weeks for shipping. It defeats the purpose of a subscription which is not to run out of coffee.

I prefer fruity or flowery coffee, but it wasn't bad.

No response from customer support

My understanding of the offer is that they send two different roasts to try each month. They even attach a card with details about both roasts to every package, which is nice. Instead, I receive two bags of the same roast every month. It's good coffee, sure, but it's not what was advertised and I'm beginning to lack the variety. Also I get no response from the customer support. Perhaps better luck with this review?
