Baked Apple Flat White

100% Apple juice
Cinnamon sticks
Star anise
Lemon juice
Bourbon vanilla sugar
Double espresso shot

Baked Apple Base:
Peel and clean the apples.
Add water and cloves, let simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix and strain.
Add the apple juice, cinnamon sticks, star anise, lemon juice and sugar, let simmer for another 10 minutes.
Store in sterile bottles and store somewhere cool and dark.

Baked Apple Flat White:
Pour 10g of the base in a 6oz cup.
Pull a double shot of espresso on top of it and stir.
Serve as a flat white!
