SAKERATO

We’re welcoming the sun back to Berlin in style with our latest in-house creation - A Japanese Sake infused Shakerato created by our very own Yuko.

INGREDIENTS

35 ml Dassai 50
Double shot espresso (40ml)
1 tea spoon maple syrup
1 cinnamon stick
Ice cubes (5 cubes for shaking, 1 big square cube for the drink)

METHOD

Pour everything into a cocktail shaker with 5 ice cubes.
Shake well and serve.
