Great coffee….

The barn is in my opinion one of the best coffee roasters in EU. The coffee is not too lightly roasted, like the trend is some places in scandinavia. Instead it is still light roasted but has little body, pleasant aroma of chocolate, nuts, berries, fruit, and floral taste as well. I enjoy brewing it on V60, Kalita, Chemex, origami, Aeropress, and moccamaster. My go too roasters besides The Barn are: Coffee Collective, La Cabra, (just for reference).
