Our capsules are made from German wood chips, and they reflect the same values that guide every bean we roast: sustainability, transparency, and exceptional taste. Using light-roasted coffee in capsules is a craft. Most roasters go darker to extract more coffee. We found a way of staying truthful to our roast style and to offer clean, expressive flavours.
