This drink is inspired by the incredibly clean orange flavours in this year's washed Huye Mountain lot, combined with our first taste of warmer weather here in Berlin.
When you are craving something fresh and bright, with a healthy dose of caffeine, this refreshing AeroPress recipe brings together the vibrant character of Huye Mountain with freshly squeezed blood orange juice.
16g Huye Mountain Washed
50g freshly squeezed blood orange juice
150ml hot filtered water
Ice cubes
Dial in our standard AeroPress recipe for Huye Mountain Washed.
Brew the AeroPress as usual, but use only 150g of water.
Combine the brewed coffee in a pitcher with 50g of freshly squeezed blood orange juice.
Fill a large glass or mason jar with ice and slowly pour in the contents of the pitcher.
Garnish with a thin wheel of blood orange and serve immediately.
