Nucleus Paragon Showcase
The 'Paragon Showcase', hosted by The Barn and Nucleus Coffee Tools, will demonstrate the effects of 'extract chilling' techniques to improve the expression of brewed filter coffee. Joined by Jordan Montgomery of Nucleus Coffee Tools, this event will present two coffees side-by-side for all attendees – one with extract chilling, and one without – to show how tools such as the Paragon assist in capturing aroma volatile compounds and amplify the characteristics of coffee.

What’s happening?
On Saturday, June 21st, from 10:00 to 17:00, you’ll get the chance to make your own coffee for free — the only catch? You’ll have to pull the shots yourself. Don’t worry, we’ll be there to help.
You’ll be using the Sage Barista Touch Impress, including its new cold coffee features, to craft your perfect cup.
