Themed Content Creation: Cover a variety of topics, such as: Our Bean Products – Promote our carefully sourced coffee beans and tell their origin stories. Café Community – Showcase the vibrant life inside our cafes and customer experiences. Roasting & Quality Control – Highlight the craftsmanship behind our roasting process and share quality control insights. Our Cafes – Create content that draws people to our beautiful spaces and events. Social Media Campaigns: Run campaigns that align with The Barn’s ethos, enhancing brand awareness and driving engagement. Daily Engagement: Monitor interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with our audience. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align social media content with ongoing promotions, events, and product launches. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance and adjust strategies based on insights and trends.
Proven experience in social media management with a focus on community engagement. Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling. A passion for coffee and an appreciation for high-quality products. Familiarity with the latest social media trends and best practices. Experience with analytics tools to measure social media performance. Fluent in English (German is a plus).
