We are looking for a Roastery Assistant to support our team. The job profile has a great variety of tasks that will enable you to get a full understanding of our roast production and dispatch floor. You will pack beans, label bags, pre-weigh green beans, pack and ship coffee, and maintain our equipment.
Perspective & Development: With growing experience we will train you to be a production roaster back-up. That means that you will be able to roast under supervision. You will be an integral part of the production team, covering day-to-day operational tasks.

You have worked in a Coffee Roastery or Food Production before You are familiar with Food & Safety, keeping all areas clean and safe Responsive, Speed and Care: Our Roast Facility is a Service Unit for our Sales Teams Accurate and Reliable: Our Customers expect zero mistakes in packing and on-time delivery Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays we start early = Production Days
