YOUR TASKS

Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy across digital and physical channels. Manage and grow our webshop and online subscription business by setting clear goals and performance metrics. Lead and mentor the webshop team, ensuring the team stays motivated, effective, and aligned with the company’s objectives. Oversee brand communication across online platforms, newsletters, social media, retail locations, and events. Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on both online and offline customer experiences. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive campaigns and brand alignment. Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to ensure we reach KPIs and ROI targets.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a hands-on leader who brings creativity, structure, and a strategic mindset. 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, brand management, or subscription models. Strong understanding of online business strategies, SEO, and performance marketing. Proven leadership experience managing teams in dynamic environments. Knowledge of webshop platforms and subscription models is a strong plus. Strong communication skills in German and English. Passion for specialty coffee, innovation, and sustainability.
