MARKETING & CUSTOMER SERVICE (m|f|d)

We are looking for an allrounder in Marketing to support with tasks such as: Marketing Calendar, Creating simple Assets (Ad Campaigns, Flyers, POS Material, Menus), Creating content for Social Media and our Website (Videos, Photos). The Position involves daily 1-2 hours of Customers Services (Emailing with Webshop Customers) and Feeding our AI-System for Customer Support. Which is a valuable source of information to execute well all Marketing Tasks.

More than 50% of our online business is in our Home Market, Germany. Therefore it is essential to speak German and English fluently for this position.

Updating Annual Marketing Calendar Creating simple Assets (Ad Campaigns, Flyers, POS Material, Menus) Creating content for Social Media and our Website (Videos, Photos) Support in Events (Cafés, Coffee Events) Field Work (Signing up Companies to connect them via Loyalty Program to our Cafes) Contribute to growth of Subscription Service (Developing Ideas) Contribute to retention and Second Order of Web Customers Customers Service (Emailing with Webshop Customers) and Feeding our AI-System Manage returns and resolve customer queries quickly and reliably Work closely with our logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment Provide friendly, solution-oriented communication that reflects our café-level hospitality Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and overall brand experience Collect customer insights and share feedback to improve the webshop and subscription experience

YOUR PROFILE

Native-level German and fluent English Customer-oriented mindset: friendly, fast, reliable Experience in Marketing, Content creation (Video, Photos), Adobe + Photoshop Desire to learn and develop Proactive, structured working style Ability to work independently in a small, dynamic team
