Communicating clearly when coffees are unavailable or replaced. Working with Gorgias and AI-supported customer service tools. Responding to Direct Messages on social media. Reacting professionally and kindly to Google Reviews.
A friendly, empathetic and solution-oriented mindset. The “caregiver” type: happy to help, but also able to set boundaries professionally. Calm communication, even when customers are stressed. Fluent German and good English skills. Interest in specialty coffee is a plus (we’ll teach you everything else). Availability: around 4 hours per day, mornings. Students are very welcome.
A role based at our Berlin roastery (Wittenau, great access with public transport). A motivated and international team. Coffee training and insights into the world of specialty coffee. Fair conditions and meaningful work with real customer impact.
Part-time (15-20 hours per week)
