It is my absolute favorite. A very good drinking experience.
Very fruity in a good way. You really get the peach sorbet notes.
fruity and was very consistent for espresso but would not recommend for milk drinks
Very clean and juicy cup; will definitely buy again…
This coffee is very balanced, my girlfriend likes it
I have a subscription for Filter since over a year and this one has been one of the best roasted coffees in the whole subscription. Absolsutely stunning how much flavour this one develops. Maybe even a bit too intense for your morning brew though.
Toller Sommer-Kaffee.
Angenehme Säure untermalt von Pfirsich-Noten.
Sehr toller Daily!

Fruity with bright notes, really nice for espresso.
Very delicious cup of coffee with V60. The kind of coffee you want to enjoy with sipping slowly.
Love this coffee. Fruity and full of flavour without being too intense or heavy

I recently tried this coffee from The Barn and found it to be a thoroughly enjoyable, high-quality experience, even if it didn’t quite deliver all the flavor complexity I was hoping for.
The coffee demonstrated excellent fundamentals: clean, well-extracted, and showcasing the careful roasting and sourcing that The Barn is known for. The body was smooth and the finish was pleasant, making for an easy-drinking cup that I looked forward to each morning.
That said, I found some of the tasting notes a bit elusive. The bergamot character mentioned in the description, for instance, didn’t come through as prominently as I’d expected. I was anticipating a brighter, more pronounced citrus note, but instead found the cup to be more subtle and restrained. This isn’t necessarily a criticism, some might appreciate the understated approach, but for those seeking a coffee with bold, distinct flavor markers, this might not be the most expressive option.
Despite the more muted flavor profile, the overall quality is undeniable. The coffee is well-balanced, free of defects, and demonstrates the technical excellence that makes The Barn a trusted roaster.
Really enjoyed this
Fruity and goes well both for filter and espresso!
Incredible Ethiopian coffee with elegant acidity!
Toller Sommer-Kaffee.
Angenehme Säure untermalt von Pfirsich-Noten.
Sehr toller Daily!
Sehr überzeugender Sommerkaffee.
The cup smells a lot like peach in my opinion. Tasted like it too! I taste the fruity acidity with a hint of sweetness. I love this coffee!
All bags received were roasted in January. The intensity and nuanced flavours of each bag were only mostly noticed within the first 3 maybe 5 days after opening (beans were stored in fellow containers). We do not expect to order over €100 worth of beans which were roasted over 5 months ago!
Love the smell of this coffee. Very soothing
I brewed this coffee with a Hario V60 following the recipe provided by the Barn.
I must say that the initial taste at hotter temp was more bitter than I expected which perhaps was due to my brewing method but also maybe because the beans were roasted slightly darker than what I usually order (maybe because this bean is for both filter and espresso?).
But once the coffee cooled more, the taste started to open up more with peach and elderflower coming through and the bitterness mellowed out and changed to sweetness.
I would also like to make some Japanese style iced filter coffee or cold brew out of this coffee for hot summer days.
Fruity little thing, that works very well for cold brew
Super good with ice😍 and i bout 1 kelo
Citrusy and sweet, perfect for the summer!
