This one is absolutely great! It's got a gorgeous sweet taste with a lovely acidity that just makes it so refreshing. I absolutely love preparing it with an Aeropress, and the recipe I use is from Ralf Rueller – it's just amazing!

Beautiful coffee. I brewed it in my plastic v60: balanced flavour, bright acidity if well extracted and a lingering caramel aftertaste. I suggest it!
