Fermented anaerobically for 40 hours, this Catuai brings delicious complex fruitiness, while fragrant chamomile and oolong add a refined, aromatic quality. In the cup, expect sweet strawberry, cherry, and guava. The lactic note is reminiscent of a fresh fruit yogurt or strawberry gelato!

This coffee really excited me. It already smells somehow a bit like (maybe slightly burnt) milk. I also tasted dried strawberries. It is really different to other coffees. The friend I drank it with said that it broadened their coffee horizon 😃.
I will definitely get another bag of those.
