Mohammed Ali is our new Ethiopian Natural espresso and an exclusive partnership for us. The natural sweetness of the cherry is transported in the beans, which results in a full-bodied coffee, intense in flavour with a rich mouthfeel. The coffee has fruity notes forest berries, chocolate sweetness and a gentle acidity.
With the help of agronomists, Mustafa has been improving his cultivation techniques and the quality of his coffee in the last years. He grows the coffee trees in a fertile red, clay soil, using the garden production system. This natural processed coffee is hand-picked and dried on raised African beds for more than 15 days.
