Following some of our favourite releases from Corazón de Jesús, this lot is deep and expressive. Sweet like strawberry jam, the profile is full of ripe papaya and soft tropical fruit. The richness of cacao nibs and vanilla add superb depth, with balanced, winey acidity.

one of the best profiles from this year.
I'm always looking for this kind of taste but can't really describe it.
it's so fruity with no owerpowering acidity.
Just smooth and warm taste. Too bad it's already sold out :(
And what is going on with the delivery ? I've got my coffee within 24 hours, crazy :D
