As part of our mission to continuously enhance the digital experience, we are looking for a motivated Shopify/IT Support (Part-Time) specialist to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop & Improve: Optimize and code features on our Shopify website to enhance user experience, speed, and functionality. SEO Optimization: Implement strategies to improve the website’s search engine ranking and align with THE BARN brand strategy. Checkout Enhancement: Ensure the checkout process is smooth, quick, and user friendly to boost conversion rates. Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytical tools to extract insights about customer behavior, preferences, and trends. Sales Growth Strategies: Collaborate with management to identify target customers and develop actionable strategies to grow webshop sales. Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and IT support to ensure smooth operation of the site.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience working with Shopify and solid understanding of its coding framework (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiar with SEO principles and best practices for ecommerce. Strong analytical skills with experience in generating reports and insights from customer data. Knowledge of UX/UI design to improve web interfaces and enhance the shopping experience. Comfortable working independently, with good communication skills to collaborate with the wider team. A passion for coffee is a plus! ☕
