For our café in the heart of London, we are looking for an experienced Café & Community Manager who leads from the inside out, takes ownership, and helps grow the business. You will be the face of the café and an active part of the day-to-day operation, leading and developing our team of baristas and servers while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. You will build strong structures, keep an eye on costs and profitability, and make sure the café runs smoothly every day. Beyond the daily operation, you will play an important role in building our local community, strengthening relationships with our guests, and raising the profile of THE BARN in London.

Contract: Full-time with 25 days of paid vacation Primarily weekdays, but also sometimes on weekends and holidays (No night shifts though!) Base salary with additional performance-based pay Fixed-term contract: 1 year with the option to extend by mutual agreement
