38g of Espresso
38g of Grapefruit + Elderflower syrup
Ice cubes
Grapefruit + Elderflower Syrup Recipe
1l of strained pink grapefruit juice
250g of Elderflower syrup
Mix together and store it in the fridge.
In a shaker put 6 ice cubes.
Pour the syrup and the freshly made espresso on the ice cubes.
Shake it well.
Pour the shake over a giant ice cube.
Enjoy it before the ice melts.
