Rooibos Spiced Flat White

A fusion of two quality products: Coffee and Tea. Our baristas tested a wealth of teas by our partner, Paper & Tea to find the perfect match. We searched for a Rooibos base with rich spices to create a puristic drink that would give the taste sensation of a Chai Milk drink without any artificial additives.
10g ground for espresso
5g Cederberg Chai finely ground
Shake together and tamp in a 15g basket.
Pull an espresso shot in 30-35 secs (not less than 30 seconds as the tea needs a long brew time).
Pour freshly steamed milk.
