We are very excited to open our first Café location in Palma de Mallorca. The beautiful Balearic Island is known for sandy beaches, great bicycle and hiking tracks. It is such a joy for us to see that over the past few years, Spain made a step-jump on the Specialty Coffee side. We felt that this is the perfect time to be part of the growing coffee-loving community here.

Located in the very heart of the lively Old Town of Palma de Mallorca, we found a calm Oasis in a little side street to call our new home. The building is oozing character and classic Mallorquin style. For this location we chose a completely new approach in terms of interior and bar design. This time we are working with modular cubes that will highlight an espresso counter with our signature Linea PBX machine by La Marzocco.

Say hi to our baristas who work in an open window, taking the street vibes into the space. Our V60 stations will be the centerpieces. Freshly roasted beans and home brewing equipment are standing in the forefront, for you not to miss great coffee in your holiday homes. Of course, we grind to order.

We are baking our cookies and cakes on site from our Berlin recipe book. Nitro Cold Brew and our Coffee Kombucha are two other items that we are excited to share with the Spanish community.
