The Guji region has ancient roots in producing quality coffees. Typica is known for its clean cup quality, Bourbon adds a complex and sweet taste profile. We are featuring a washed and a natural lot of Wolichu Wachu this season. The natural has a bigger and jammy body, lots of floral notes with a refreshing citric finish.
 

Located in the southern region of Sidamo the people of Guji have a long tradition of coffee cultivation. They are called the Oromo people. Guji is one of the zones of the Oromia Region in Ethiopia and is named after the tribe of "Oromo".
