Limongi shares Sítio Nossa Senhora Aparecida with his neighbour Celso Minussi. As first generation farmers, they took a steep learning curve towards organic farming whilst pushing cup quality and staying profitable. This coffee is complex in the cooling: Take in almonds, mandarine, orange, caramel and light floral notes.
Our microlot was facilitated by Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (Lot #1237). FAF lead the way in sustainable farming in Brazil. Limongi´s relentless dedication matched with an incredibly steep terrain both challenges manual work while nestling the trees among mountainside crevices. This creates for an ideal habitat for the trees with more shade and cooler breezes bringing out an incredibly diverse cup profile.
