This Yirgacheffe coffee is grown and harvested by Aman Adinew and his family. The farm is located in the Gedeb region, about 400 km south of Addis Ababa. The outcome is a finely developed, washed coffee with an intricate cup. Gedeb Beriti comes with spicy bergamot notes, hints of purple grapes, a delicate body with subtle notes of mandarin and lemon, vanilla and chocolate. The finish is sweet and pleasant in the aftertaste.

The Gedeb Beriti farm cultivates high-altitude land at around 2,000 metres using old and exclusively manual practices. The farm is involved in development projects that go beyond the farm itself: promoting more environmentally responsible agricultural practices. As well as financing road construction and a primary school for 800 pupils in the vicinity of the washing station.
