This lot is a rare red honey processed coffee out of Ethiopia. The project was run by Majorie Canjura, a well-known field engineer working at origin. Dambi Uddo Honey has flavour notes of wild honey, apricot, orange blossom, rose and a citric finish. The mouthfeel is rich and luscious.
Ethiopia has an incredible diversity of flavour and character that exists among microregions. This coffee plantation is grown in the forest Dambi-Uddo, located around two hours from Shakisso town. Most coffees in Ethiopia are organic by default - our Dambi Uddo is certified organic.
