Chocolate Mousse. Brazil Nut. Velvety.

Celso Minussi shares Sítio Nossa Senhora Aparecida with his neighbour Maros. As first generation farmers, they took a steep learning curve towards organic farming whilst pushing cup quality and staying profitable. This coffee is complex in the cooling: Take in chocolate mousse, brazil nut and a velvety mouthfeel.
Our microlot was facilitated by Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (Lot #1651). FAF lead the way in sustainable farming in Brazil. Celso´s relentless dedication matched with an incredibly steep terrain both challenges manual work while nestling the trees among mountainside crevices. This creates for an ideal habitat for the trees with more shade and cooler breezes bringing out an incredibly diverse cup profile.
