This workshop is aimed towards people who have worked in the coffee industry or serious home baristas who already have a good foundation of knowledge and want to take it to the next level.

This detail-focused course aims to make sure you have a thorough understanding of what specialty coffee is all about. We will be discussing how flavours change depending on origin, methods used on coffee farms and how we get our best results from working closely with our roast team.
The class will give a solid base and all-round knowledge and give your coffee journey a push forward. There will be extensive time in which we will be tasting, brewing and evaluating different coffees, then moving on to taking an in depth look at how paying attention to small details can create huge improvements in our espresso.
Getting the chance to work on one of the most well known and loved coffee machines in the industry we will make sure that no matter what level you come to us, you will leave with confidence in your understanding and abilities to make fantastic coffee.
