This workshop is aimed towards people who work or have worked in the coffee industry, or serious home baristas who already have a good foundation of knowledge and want to take it to the next level.

This detail-focused workshop will ensure that you have an in-depth understanding of what Specialty Coffee is all about, leaving you with a solid foundation of all-round knowledge, no matter what level you are at now.

Throughout the day we will discuss how flavours change depending on origin, processing methods used at origin, and how we work closely with our roasting team to get the best results. We begin with a focus on tasting, brewing, and evaluating different coffees. Following this, we will show you how attention to small details can make a huge difference in your espresso. We will work with one of the most well known and loved coffee machines in the industry, the La Marzocco Linea.
