In this workshop, you will learn the key-concepts on extracting a great cup of coffee. You will learn how to choose your grind settings, how detect over- and underextraction and how to react on that. You will also be able to choose the right beans for your brew. All the things we need to know for the perfect extraction we are aiming for when brewing espresso or filter.
