Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with a few exceptions where we experienced delays in customs: China, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and North Korea.
When can I expect my coffees after placing an order?
We roast all beans at the start of each week. We dispatch webshop orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All orders reaching us before 08:00 am on those days will be shipped the same day. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Expected delivery times
Germany: 2 days
Within Europe: 3-4 days
Outside Europe: 3-7 days
Why are you not selling your equipment outside of Europe?
Our main product is coffee beans which we are selling globally. We have decided to sell our equipment only within the European Union.
Do you offer free shipping?
Please contact us for free shipping for larger order quantities.
Do you track all your shipments?
All our shipping is done by GLS (Germany) and Fedex (International). All orders are tracked. We ship to 69 countries worldwide.
What is your return policy?
We are working with highest coffee qualities, fresh in season. Returns are not possible unless our product is faulty. Please get in touch in case of more detailed questions via email@example.com Unfortunately, we cannot refund or take responsibility for returned or undelivered goods if we have used the address that you provided.
