Rooibos Spiced Flat White

A fusion of two quality products: Coffee and Tea. Our baristas tested a wealth of teas by our partner, Paper & Tea to find the perfect match. We searched for a Rooibos base with rich spices to create a puristic drink that would give the taste sensation of a Chai Milk drink without any artificial additives.

Ingredients
10g ground beans for Espresso
5g Cederberg Chai finely ground
Steamed Milk

 

Recipe
Shake the ground beans and Chai together and tamp in a 15g basket.
Pull an Espresso shot in 30-35 secs (not less than 30 seconds as the tea needs a long brew time).
Pour freshly steamed milk.
