Jasmine Flat White

The perfect Spring Signature Drink. Our baristas experimented with various ideas to create a delicious new drink to welcome Spring. In the end, we chose fresh jasmine as our special ingredient, and combined it directly in the portafilter with the espresso to produce a jasmine coffee infusion. We then combine the base with steamed milk to create a rich and velvety cup, with notes of candied quince, bergamot and a delicate jasmine finish.

17.5g Dambi Uddo ground Espresso
1g jasmine flower
Steamed Milk


Shake the ground beans and jasmine flower together in a dosing cup, put in your portafilter and tamp it.
Pull the Espresso shot.
Pour steamed milk. Can be fresh or plant-based milk.
