You are responsible for the overall success of our cafés.
The Head of Coffee hires and builds strong teams and is focused on training and developing each team member and future leader. Your are also responsible for ensuring all our café guests experience exceptional hospitality and coffee experiences and for leading the café to achieve our financial and operational goals.

Create and maintain a well thought out team work plan that balances the needs of individuals, teams, and cafes while meeting our business goals for efficiency
Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe smoothly and accurately, including orders
2+ years of hospitality experience with a strong preference for coffee, food and beverages
2+ years of leadership experience leading a team of 5+ people
A strong understanding of a profit & loss statement and knowledge on how to impact it
Comfort using computer programs
A flexible schedule and are available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

You will be part of a team that is on a mission to change the Value Chain in Coffee. Our product is based on a concept of full quality and sustainability improvements.
Contract: Full Time. Flexibility and Overtime is expected
Workdays: 5 days, seven days per week (rotating schedule)
Holidays: as per law Payment: Depending on experience Term: 1 year. Extension possible
