This class is an exciting opportunity to learn from our roast team all aspects of this craft: How to approach different origins, varietals or qualities. The difference of filter and espresso roasts. Roast curves, quality assessment, and green bean grading. After some theory and Q&A session, you will roast your own coffee! We will help you create a perfect roast profile in this hands-on session. The workshop finishes with a sample cupping of all roast results.
