A workshop designed for home baristas wanting to get an introduction to espresso preparation.

Covering the basics of proper espresso preparation technique, this course is designed to introduce espresso-based drinks production to beginners. The first part of the workshop is about choosing the right bean, grind setting, tamping, flow analysis and sensory evaluation. In the second half of the class, we will pull different shots from our espresso machine to discuss the results and how the cup quality can be improved. A certificate will be issued on completion.
