The Specialty Coffee Association's (SCA) Education programs were created to help you develop your passion and sharpen your skills.

We are running this one-off Foundation Course with our special guest trainer from Madrid: Marcos Zoya. The class will take place in our Sony Center Café at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin.
This course is designed to introduce core barista skills to people with little or no previous barista experience. By the end of the day, students will have learned to do a calibration of their grinders and make an espresso and cappuccino to core standards. Take home the 250g bag of your choice afterwards.
If you want to part-take the practical test and written exam at the end of the class, you need to book "Course + Certification" (+ 50 EUR). You will receive an internationally-recognized certification which will be issued by the SCA (who charges for it - hence the higher price for this option).
