Green Grading Information
|Origin:||Nyamagabe District, Rwanda|
Gitega Hills Washing Station works with 1500 small holders who harvest at an altitude of 1600-1900 meters. Processing is done with eco-pulpers, which is followed by 8-20 hours of dry fermentation before the coffees are soaked for another 12-48 hours. This creates the great flavour profile of this coffee: Milk chocolate, sugar cane, cherry, orange blossom and nutmeg. Our particular lot is very sweet with perfume aromas.
